WARREN SIZER DIRECTOR

Warren has been in the building industry for over 30 years - owning his own company, Sizer Builders, for 21 years. He holds a Builders Registration Board of WA Certificate of Registration, as well as a number of technical and trade certificates.

With a reputation for achieving quality results regardless of market conditions, Warren is highly regarded within the construction industry for his experience in delivering quality residential, commercial and industrial buildings on time and budget.

JARRAD SIZER MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director of Sizer Developments, Jarrad takes a hands-on approach to project management and is responsible for the company's strategic planning, funding and day-to-day management.

Jarrad has been actively involved with all aspects of Sizer Developments' projects to date and has sourced a number of new development sites to ensure a steady flow of both long and short-term development opportunities for the company.

Along with his background in the construction industry, Jarrad has completed a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Certificate in Property Investment.
