Located at 485 Rockingham Rd, Spearwood (corner Troode St), this vibrant parkland community consists of 45 two and three bedroom villas. The estate has a strong security emphasis featuring security fencing and an electronic entry gate with intercom connection to all internal units. The development was the first of its kind offered to the Spearwood market and was extremely well received. The entire development was sold-out prior to completion supporting a steady increase in purchase prices through the life of the project. Excellent capital growth has continued in the development since completion in April 2005, with recent resales recording significant increases in sale prices.
